1. Coaching Sessions and Programs
All payments made for 1:1 coaching, group programs, or custom coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun or access to materials has been granted.
We invest significant time and resources in preparing for each client, and we ask that you commit fully to the process when you enroll.
If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions not canceled or rescheduled within this window may be forfeited.
2. Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products, including PDFs, toolkits, and online resources, are non-refundable due to the instant access and downloadable nature of the content.
If you experience an issue accessing your digital product, please reach out to us, and we’ll ensure you receive your materials promptly.
3. Exceptional Circumstances

We will review each situation individually and may offer a partial credit or transfer of services at our discretion.
